A cleaning fee is included with every reservation to help cover this service. Because you are enjoying an entire private chalet rather than a single hotel room, preparing the property to our standards requires considerably more time and attention.

We kindly ask you to complete a few simple checkout tasks before you leave. Your help allows us to maintain the exceptional level of cleanliness we strive for while keeping our rates as reasonable as possible.

Checkout Instructions

🏡 Leave the chalet as you found it
Please leave the chalet tidy and return any moved items to their original place.

🗑️ Take out the garbage
Please place all household waste in the appropriate outdoor bin.

🥫 Check the fridge
Please take any food you’re bringing home and discard anything you’re leaving behind.

🍽️ Take care of the dishes
Please wash any used dishes or place them in the dishwasher and start the cycle before leaving.

🛏️ Gather used linens
Please place used bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and sheets near the washing machine.

🔥 Prepare the outdoor space
Please clean the BBQ, close the propane valve, and cover the outdoor furniture.

🔐 One last check
Please make sure all windows and doors are securely locked.
